Watching this Alabama game....we’ve discussed at nauseam of culture....what has saban created to have high level recruits come in, year after year, and wait their turn to play...does entitlement not run rampant down there? And why does it seem to happen here and how did Jim create it....I get that saban can point to the many titles he’s won but is that really it? How is Jim going to get these players to buy in again....it’s like he has to recruit his 21’ class and beyond and re-recruit his current roster....i can’t see him leaving the program this way but I also can’t see how we can fix this without letting him go...
