On Mother's Day, we roll out the red carpet – let Mom sleep in, breakfast in bed, plan whatever she wants to do all day followed by a fancy dinner. Flowers on the table, no gift too expensive. So I should expect the same on Father's Day, right? Yeah... right. I've got a freakin' chore list from here 'til hell including getting up at 3am to put a shoulder on the smoker. Then then whole family is coming over to make sure that I don't get a single second of relaxation until I fall asleep on my desk Monday morning at work.
