Could we clarify just exactly (or maybe there is no exact) what "suspended" from the team means, from a practical standpoint? I mean, I get dismissed. Does "suspended" mean that he cannot practice, cannot be an active part of the team, BUT remain in limbo pending further discussions, contritions, special "programs" e.g. A.A., counseling, etc?
