A few very quick observations:
- Sainristil has to catch that damn ball on 2nd down on the first series. What a killer.
- Why do we ever run an offensive play and not have pre snap motion? On 3rd down in the first series, no motion, Milton leaves the pocket into zone defense so nowhere to run. Pre snap motion provides the QB with simple information.
- The first MSU play out of the half, Gray was in roller skates. Wasn’t even a great double move and Gray had given so much cushion already, no need to over react like he did. He’s bad, really bad, right now.
