In the Neb / osu game targeting called and confirmed when shoulder to shoulder contact was made. Obvious to everyone except the replay guy. Sad. That’s why all passing records are suspect. No deterrent to throwing, plus they allow holding on every play. We aren’t playing football anymore. Need to rename the sport. Game for sissies.
