So, this is pretty much out of nowhere, but I was checking out the 19 player rankings (which upon looking at, I completely forgot we had the #3 player in the county!), I saw Daniels up there and I thought to myself, I’m pretty sure he said that he was set on playing for a team that runs a pro style offense.
Watching USC a bit this year, they run a up-tempo spread offense. Did he like USC that much that the style of the offense didn’t matter anymore, or did something else happen? No sour grapes here, but I thought we were in really good position with the #1 player for 19 until his USC visit.
