ex (or soon to be ex) girlfriend is seeking to accomplish by this short of just revenge. I know the prosecutor is pursuing the case, but if Lewis were do lose the case, would the girlfriend have any subsequent claim for damages if a subsequent civil case was filed? I realize domestic abuse is serious and goes both ways, but is this more of a potential money grab?
