It seems it's on Harbaugh s "desk" waiting to be signed. and there is chatter that he had a contract he could have signed over the summer and did not. Have you heard that ??? W know Jim is his own guy and does things on his own time table but he must realize that by not signing it creates just a bigger sh&& storm no ?
