Is the only real leader on this team. If you don’t think so go watch his post game press conference where he refuses to blame his OL or coaches or any other excuse and says HE takes responsibility for the loss “it’s all on me.”
Of course it wasn’t on him at all - he played well - 300 yards - no ints. His wrs multiple drops . But the fact that he’s only guy who has the balls to take ownership of loss - not any of the team captains, coaches or the AD.
Action speak louder than words? Watch late in game team needs first down badly and the guy risks concussion and lowers his head to get first down by barreling over 3 MSU defenders- was impressed by that.
