Do we all agree that if Jim can't find the energy, I don't give a crap what you think, bring on whatever challenge you want mentality this is not going to end well? Watching clips from his practice and how adamant he was that every detail was done the right way. If you didn't do it his way he was all over you. That is the guy that can turn it around. I am just not sure that is in the cards anymore.
