I was looking at the hires that Jim has been and I am just curious what his hiring philosophy is. Now, I will caveat that I know nothing about the 2 new co-DCs he has hired other then the fact that neither seem to have experience in running a defense outside of their positions so wondering what our defensive philosophy will be? Looking at the staff almost makes it seem like JH is surrounding himself with people that can now go and implement the scheme on both sides of the ball that he wants but I may be wrong. Either way, I hope the results next year are amazing and all the new coaches do really well. Obviously we know about Hart and what he brings so I do love that hire.
