And because he isn't, we had to play way too conservatively on offense and couldn't move the chains when we really needed to, to put the game out of reach. Nauseating.
Our QB and WRs were the difference in losing, otherwise UM did what they needed to win...it's really painful but good to be a Wolverine
No that's not right, MSU Should have had one play and 80 or so yards to go, running the clock was right, you could not have anticipated this fluke ending
Yep...bottom line is you don't expect a play like that to happen. I would have done a roll out but understand why they gave it to Smith who is reliable with carrying the football.
ST's was a reason UM should have won...Allen was good and O'Neill was good but look at that 4th quarter...UM was cracking outside of defense.

I agree DJ...it was between the ears. Just go watch that 4th quarter...parts of the team were buckling under the pressure outside of the defense which is confident.

That is one stupid comment. The kids played hard, we didn't have Cook or their wide receivers and that was the dif. As accurate as Cook was, credit is due our dbs.
