Just watch FSU the last three years, UCLA, Georgia, Texas prior to this season, Michigan, etc. I think all the spread offenses being run at the High School level is dumbing down the OL techniques, or at the very least, makes it a lot harder to project players to a pro offense in college.
Of course there are exceptions to this. Bama during the McCarron years had dominating OLines with an exclusively pro style offense. But even they have switched to a 50/50 hybrid of pro and spread, if not more spread. MSU has had a couple good years of OL play, but couldn't sustain it.
I think all this is another data point that leads me to believe that it is foolish to not run at least a good mix of spread elements in the college football today--it just covers up warts.
