My good news is the smackdown of MSU at their house. I'm not on the team and I don't have to move on after 24 hours so I've been reveling in the last two weeks of glorious victory. I love how Mike Dantoni was caught in a lie and the evidence was on tape. That guy is a whole lot of what's wrong with college football.
It looks like it's gonna be a pretty healthy Wolverine squad for the stretch run and I'm excited. Our D is no joke and the leadership on this team seems to be off the charts. The offense continues to improve and I admire Higdon more and more each week. I was surprised when he was elected a captain but now I can see what his peers saw.
I love the fact that this team is not deferring to anyone. They may talk the talk but they are walking the walk too. I'm glad to see the swagger back. Who's got it better than us?!
I'm going to Tallahassee for the Clemson FSU game this weekend with one of my best friends. He bleeds FSU garnet and gold. It's not like going to the Big House but it should be fun. For one Saturday I'll be a Seminole fan. We're going to try to get there early enough on Friday to watch a practice baseball game between FSU and Alabama.
The weather is FINALLY starting to cool off here in Florida and I'm feeling good. I love my family, staff and church. I'm blessed.
