My good news is, it's big game week. After falling flat against MSU and going to OT against IU, the season is on the line at Penn State. PSU will line up as an overrated #2 team in the country against a team that has fought for every inch of turf it has gained this year.
JOK MUST play better. The O-line has to find a way to make holes even with 11 men in the box. The receivers need to win some balls they are losing and we need to hope Higdon can pick up where he left off last week.
I know it shouldn't, but this week feels bigger than any game since FL. For some reason the MSU game week didn't feel as intense as this week feels. Perhaps it's because this week the season's on the line, or the fact that absolutely no one is giving us a shot. I don't know what it is, but you can feel it in the air. I think we are going to be incredibly focused.
I'll be watching the game in Arkansas after doing a 100 mile gravel ride on Saturday. It will be good to get away from the office for a few days. I hope it's a good ride and a good game.
The last of the debris was picked up from the aftermath of hurricane IRMA this week, so all the trash is gone from my house...Finally.
