My good news is the Gator nation is reeling because the Michigan Wolverines put an epic beatdown on their SEC speed mouths. Really stunned by the speed on our D. On the O side I was so happy for Ty Isaac. That kid has matured and taken the coaching and it was nice to see him rewarded. We weren't perfect but wow, what a start.
Football season is here and I'm thrilled. I love college football and every Saturday the excitement will be off the charts.
Finally after a year, all of the damage from the giant tree falling last Labor Day is cleaned up. Fence fixed, sprinklers replaced and fixed gutter on the house fixed, the new yard has taken root and I think my neighbors are gonna let me stay.
All this just in time for Irma. Our motto is "Be prepared not panicked." Praying that the storm turns and goes out to sea but in the meantime the cars are filled with gas, we have extra water, food and supplies.
In life storms come and go, Be prayed up and endure.
I'm praying for the folks in the Caribbean as they are at the tip of the storm right now.
I've basked in the glow of the FL game a little too long but it was sooo satisfying that I couldn't let it go. Time for me to do what the team did on Sunday. Look to Cinci for another great victory.
