My good news is the USA!! With all our problems and disagreements we are still the greatest country the world has ever known. Not perfect but still great.
We had a great 4th with family and food. In the morning I had a fun 50 mile bike ride and in the afternoon we had swimming in the lake, grilled hotdogs and hamburgers and lots of family fun. In the evening we had fireworks. I loved it all.
There seems to be lots of activity on the recruiting front but not many triggers pulled. I'm sure Harbs is doing a great job. I look forward to some big names dropping in our commit column.
I live down here in Gator country and even though they are 0-3 and three against us I'm hearing a lot of chirping from there fans. So far I have resisted the urge to backtalk them. I think we have a great chance of winning that game and I don't feel like I need to react to every barb they try to throw.
I can't wait for football but in the meantime I watch the Tour De France. I think we all have an out of the mainstream sport we like to watch and the Tour is one of mine.
