in the nation they are going to haf't to start making some noise on the football field this year. Michigan's name alone gets them into the door with a lot of the top talent in the nation and that top talent to even giving them a strong look even going as far as to visit Michigan. But after that it seems for a lot of these kids that is where the interest ends. They are serious enough to look at them but the decline of the product on the field has lead kids that look at Michigan to go in another direction because other teams have been winning as of the last few years. Had Michigan been winning all along or at least a few more wins a year I think a lot of these kids very well could have been sporting the winged helmet.

I really thought Harbaugh's name alone would get kids to flock to Ann Arbor I was mistaken. To be fair the mods have said in the past that kids going crazy because Harbaugh is here is not realistic. That does not mean that won't be the case here in the future and I have never felt the program was in better hands then they are with Harbaugh. Winning cures all and that is why this very well could be the most important year in Harbaugh's tenure at Michigan, to get the train back on the tracks to make people and recruits alike realize why this is one of the best places to get an education and play for a historic football program.

Also the mods have made well known that Harbaugh is still playing from behind on the 16 class seeing as other coaches have been building a relationship with these kids for the past 2 years when Harbaugh was still in the NFL.

I expect this to be a very solid class this year one that Michigan fans will like, but it is the 17 class where the fruits of Harbaugh's labor should pay off if he can get this team to 9 wins I am hoping at the least this coming year. Regardless there is a lot to smile and like about in the future of Michigan football. We all know Harbaugh is going to give it his all and that failure is not a word in his vocabulary. I think they will have an element of toughness that we have not seen in the past few years, there will be an excitement this season that hasn't been there in along time and have the crowd cheering Hail To The Victors louder and more proudly then ever. Hail Hail To Michigan!! Have a great night all.
