I am not surre if this is a one year only thing . This was a posting from Inside the NCAA,. The wild west has come to college sports. Poaching could become the new underbelly of college sports. This will also make team discipline a more difficult thing for coaches. Players will just up and leave if they are treated too harshly in their view. I am not so sure this is a good thing in the long run if it is for all future seasons.
It appears that the NCAA will allow instant eligibility for all transfers
