It's like clockwork. It doesn't matter if it's a new broadcast crew or not, but the quality of information, accuracy of player names and positions, and production value of the game continues to feel like it's all thrown together last second because they know they have us by the balls and we have to watch no matter what.
I just posted this in another thread, but wtf was up with the play-by-play crew constantly reiterating that halfway through Josh Mettalus' pick 6 the clock ran out, so if he didn't score Michigan would have been SOL. However, anyone paying attention to real-time or the 17 replays they showed during halftime and the in-game recaps showed there was 2 seconds on the clock at the moment he was tackled in the end zone, let alone mid-way through his run. So weird.
Anyway, would be great if the BTN put some of their monster earnings back into production value so it didn't feel like the cheapest of ESPN knockoffs.
