Is there a way to stop following people?

I'm following too many people and need to reduce the feed.

I click the flag and get to the list to the list of people I follow. I then click on the right to "Unfollow" and get the following error message

"The following error occurred" ..."404 not found"... "Ng inx1.6.2"
