Is Duke still a one seed?

Personally, I think you need to when your Conference regular season or tournament championship to be a one seed. It seems ridiculous to say a team is one of the top four teams in the country but wasn't good enough to win the regular season or conference tournament.

I think UVA, Wisc, Villanova, Zona, and even Zags are more deserving.
