There's a difference of opinion on whether they play if students aren't on campus, among other issues. I assume there are differences within conferences on that issue.

If there's anything less than a full-slate schedule across the entire FBS, I don't think they should give out the trophy this year. If they do, attach a giant asterisk to the trophy itself.
