I spoke to someone close to Gatlin Bair’s recruitment process and it sounds like the visit could not have gone any better for Bair and his family.
From someone with knowledge of the visit, U-M “knocked it out of the park” for him and REALLY impressed mom and dad in the process. The S&C and nutrition programs were heavily mentioned throughout the visit and plays a major factor in Bair’s recruitment process, safe to say that box was checked in a major way.
Bair and family loved the staff, thought they were consistent and real with Jim Harbaugh being “as advertised.” Ron Bellamy took control of this visit and was praised with the job he did throughout the process.
My source believes this one will come down to Michigan or Boise State for him, with the Wolverines in an excellent spot right now as he BSU official at the end of July.
I am trending towards placing a FutureCast in for the Wolverines but need to see how this Boise official goes first.
