It’s a busy weekend for Dusty May and the basketball program when it comes to visits, as both the transfer portal and recruiting cycle will be represented on campus this weekend.
Below is who plans to visit and the latest intel we’ve been able to gather.
Vlad Goldin, FAU: Probably the most confident about all the visitors that this is going to get done for Michigan. He will be coming in as a grad transfer so there won’t be any issues after the fact. I’m not sure what the timeline looks like but this one all but seems like a formality at this point.
Danny Wolf, Yale: There is still confidence that Michigan is the team to beat, I can’t sit here and say it’s a done deal but this visit could go a long way with Michigan’s chances here. Programs like Indiana and North Carolina are pushing hard.
Justin Pippen, 2024 CG: Last name speaks for itself with bloodlines, his name has popped up as a bit of a surprise name that May has gotten involved with. While he has his fair share of suitors, the Wolverines could certainly trend in the right direction here with a strong visit.
