You always hear protect your home state but I've always prefered recruits out of state assuming of course they are more talented. Michigan should be a school that recruits nationally each year. The success of Michigan State the past 5 or so years over Michigan has begun to change my mind as you don't want the best players continuing to pick sparty. Any thoughts?
Instate versus out of state

You pick the best players to fit your scheme, regardless of where they come from - whether it be from Cass Tech or Massilon or some other school. Recruits will go wherever they think they'll find the most success and exposure.
