Indiana Start Time?

I've looked at the Mgoblue.com site and it still states "TBA" for the Indiana start time. I thought all starting times had to announced the Mon or Tue (12 or 11 days before game day)?

So I get that it is most likely Noon or 3:30 PM, but I'd like to know the official time to start planning the day. Anyone know?, or when it will be announced?
