In year 3 should Harbaugh have recruited a QB better than what...

We currently have?

How can Harbaugh be in year three and Speight/Okorn be the top two QBs?

I just feel like he should have a QB he has recruited to Michigan to be better than what we are trotting out there. Aren't there Sophomores that lead programs and some win Heisman's.

Speight just needs to be more consistent and we will be fine.
