it's probably not going to happen.
For whatever reason, the combo of Harbaugh/Drevno love to ride Guys out from the beginning of the season to the end (I understand it to a degree). If you think back to last season, Braden, Mags and Kalis all continued to struggle but no one else was given a chance to prove themselves.
Right now, other Player's should get a chance on the right side of the O-line and Crawford may need to be supplanted on the depth chart at WR. Speight has the potential but this O-line is severely handcuffing what he can do once he drops back. O-line play is a 7-year problem and it's mind boggling. None of these O-lineman are "mauling" the opposition, which shouldn't be the case at Michigan. With that said, Drevno is a weak link of this Staff. The smoke has followed him for 3 years now.
I'm happy to be 3-0 but these game(s) have been far too close into the 3rd quarter and we continue to let crappy Teams hang around. Get this thing fixed and start putting the foot on the gas (offensively).
Im still not ruling out 10-2 but as each week goes by, I'm struggling to think it's going to happen (and not because of the Players). I'm a little worried about the game at Purdue next week.
As always, GO BLUE!
