Impact on recruits if Durkin left?

Wondering what would happen especially with the remaining 5-stars we have in play on defense. Don't blame Durkin if he decides to take the Maryland job (great place to start your professional coaching career).

Agreed. There was one recruiting story I read that the players and their mothers like the fact that JH personally visits, rather than send assistants, to close the deals.

the key is to keep Partridge. Rumor has it, if Durkin takes him, which any coach will try if they leave. Recruiting could be left in shambles. Harbaugh needs to keep Partridge on as a position coach if its possible.
