IMHO the new Baseball Comish is allowing Juiced Baseballs ! It's either feast

or famine. HRs are way up at the half way mark and so is Strike outs. Does this mean the younger players are stronger and better batters ,or that the pitching is horrible- counting the Tiger Bullpen? New Comish wants the country to see MLB as the number one Pro sport.

Then again are the young guys"juicing up"? You read more often about players suspended for unknown substances weekly. "74
