Imagine you're the mom and dad of Cade McNamara. The kid travels across the country to go to school. Never plays a down last year and no fanfare this year. The guy gets his first action on national TV with everyone watching back home and he infuses so much excitement that one series he got to play in 3rd quarter. It was a joy to watch.

Can you just put yourselves in their shoes and feel how proud they must be of their son. I know they must have had tears in their eyes. Those passes were just awesome and all his HS friends and family were just aglow with pride. I thought that was one of only positives last night that made me smile for the McNamara family. Sainristl too i'm sure his family was joyful. Remember all these kids have parents and families just praying for their son's to do well and get a chance to play and do good things. It's joy to feel happiness for these few kids who can experience some joy in a dismal time in life and in Michigan football.

There will be a time for redemption as far as the coaches failures and the team captains responsibilities but that will work itself out. Everyone stay positive and hang on to the few shreads of light we can see. 3 games left and hopefully more kids and their parents can experience that joy of seeing them do well.

I will be celebrating all kids successes out there and feeling happy for their parents. I will not be pulling for the coaches because they have quit on this team.
