I can't really think of any reason to ever vacation there. It's a boring city if you ask me.

I've been to both. Have seen some bad parts, but also been to some nice hotels and restaurants. The point isn't about the current quality of the city, it's that you tried to tie in a team winning a major professional championship to your trash talk.

I grew up in Ohio and hate pretty much everything Cleveland. But I would rather live in Cleveland than Detroit and it's not even close, and I'm a huge UM homer.

Now some of the Detroit suburbs are really nice and I love Ann Arbor of course.

But sadly Cleveland is superior atleast when you compare downtowns.
