I never could understand how this is such a common decision among high school basketball players. We read about it here all the time.
It seems like reclassifying from 2018 to 2019 is a pretty big deal. Its taking ANOTHER entire year of high school!!!! WOW.
Or alternatively they decide that they will reclassify 2019 to 2018 and graduate an entire year early?
Skip and entire year of high school?? How can they do that?
Football players never do that although they may graduate one semester early with a December graduation.
Can someone explain how its so common for hoops players to reclassify? but not football players?
