I don't think they ended up being one of the top 4 teams in the country. I think today was clear that they were easily the 4th best of these 4 teams. I also think at least the following teams (off the top of my head) would have likely beaten them, had they played:
Notre Dame
Gonzaga
Arizona
North Carolina
However, they beat the teams in front of them, and Virginia is no joke. They will get to hang a banner, but I think this is more of a top ten team, than a top 4. Just my opinion. Trice really had a nice year.
Also, since this is a Michigan board, I think UM is going to be really good next year and should be better than sparty. If they get another 5 to give solid minutes, along with Ricky, then this UM team can be a F4 squad. B10 should be really good next year.
One more note. I swear, if Dekker doesn't go pro this year, the NCAA needs to investigate! That dude has to be a lottery pick after the way he's played the last month or so. I'm so impressed and hadn't thought he was all that good (hype comparison) until recently.
