I am not a betting man, but I would take that bet. Many/most of you know this but Bo Ryan is in his 14th year and he has finished in the top 4 in the Big Ten every year. This is an incredible stat. There are many years where it looked like there was no way Bo would get Wisconsin in the upper third of the league, but he is one heckuva coach and he has pulled it off every year.
I just can't see it this year. I expect us (Michigan State), you and Maryland to definitely finish above Wisconsin. I also expect Ohio State to finish above Wisconsin, those four teams alone pushes them to 5th place. Finally, I won't be surprised if Purdue, and Minnesota and possibly IU also finish ahead of Wisconsin.
Wisconsin has had a very good run but next year I expect they will be fighting for their NCAA tourney berth.
