would you come to Michigan to coach under Jim knowing what you know that Jim is probably a 9 win season or less away from being fired, which means you will be fired too. What would be the motivation there??? It would not surprise me in the least bit that we get a washed up OC or DC (someone who was let go) because they are likely the only one that will take a role that has significantly higher risk then upside or if once again we get some RB or WR coach somewhere and make them our OC (stretch of a job). Say if you are the OC at Memphis (they have a great offense I think), why would you come to Michigan right now - not in general - but right now under JH?
