Perhaps the NCAA should heavily fine each school involved in this scandal. Take the money and setup a fund to offer huge monetary rewards to players who turn in the cheaters going forward. Like 6 figures huge. And then make it a mandatory lifetime ban for any coaches involved, and a mandatory 5 year NCAA postseason ban for the offending schools. Make the punishment no longer worth the reward, and take the incentive away from a poor high school athlete of being lured by these scumbags.
