It would not be fair to ask mods or insiders because its frankly too early, but what do you think happens staff wise (regardless of timelines/impacts/etc.). This is part opinion on your parts as well as what should be done. Early crack here
S&C- Nobody had boo to say till this year, I'd not move the guy, he did some good stuff prior.
Don Brown- Unless we recruit some huge amounts of 5 star secondary personnel and some big DT beasts, this D has been figured out and cannot sustain. Let him go off to a Nantucket boat ride with his millions.
Nua- I'm open to him staying, but his recruiting has been at best "okay", recruits always mention him, but I don't see any Nua-like big bodies coming in. I'd lean to him leaving and replaced with an ace recruiter.
Zordich- I think he has much less to work with and he should be the "secondary" coach, not just CB's. The team needs more true corners, not tweeners that don't have the speed. Kept.
Swopes- hardly knew ya, don't need a safety only coach.
Offense
Gattis- In many ways like the O, but don't like it's inflexibility and play calling always seems to be left to question. If JH took more of the reins in establishing run game, more under center calls, etc. maybe he stays. Guy can recruit. If JH is not going to but in more, then Gattis has to go. Funny to even say that for many reasons.
Moore- Best recruiter, pay the man.
Jay H.- I see nothing wrong with his time over various groups, leave him be.
Warriner- light years ahead of the last 4 guys that coached there. Keep him.
McDaniel- wild card here. Watched him coach WR's and as an OC learning under the Fridge at Rutgers. Pretty creative with limited playmakers there, had to learn plenty from his brother in New England for years. I'd move him to WR coach again like he did in the past and maybe he can teach no more dang drops. If he could call the O, I might even say let him tweak it. Not a popular decision I'm sure with most.
Replacements are probably too early to call, but they really a seasoned guy that gets it for DC. People are out there like Jim Leonhard, Muschamp, etc., going to need to fork up the $$.
would like a fantastic recruiter as well for either LB or DL coach or both. They need a LB coach again, LB play has been painful.
Just my two cents since it looks like JH retained is most likely option at this point.
