With the speed limit at 70 I have always drove 79 or less and never had a ticket - even when a squad car had me dead to rights by hiding. I wonder now what the max is where the limit is now 75? Can you go under 84 and not be bothered?? Anyone with experience please advise. I have not had a ticket in over 30 years and do not want one now. THX
