I think this class is actually positive because of 2 guys...Malzone & Gentry.

Hoke actually recruited decent talent on this roster and although it's important to have balance in these classes and to further the depth...the big hole in this program has been at the qb position.

Malzone and Gentry may or may not work out but getting 2 legitimate pro style qb's in this class was priority #1, 2, 3.

I think priority #1 for the 2016 class is getting another high level qb. The point of this post is the qb is far and away the key to a team competing at a high level in college. I think this staff is going about the qb position the right way..bring in a lot of guys and let them fight it out.

Morris & Speight are legitimate contenders for the position but going forward I think this staff is going to want to have at least 3 guys every year in serious competition. I like it.

I would agree, and add offensive lineman to the top priorities as well. The sooner the better for those as they often take time to develop. Then add D-lineman, DB's, followed by linebackers. Running backs and receivers should be last when developing a team as they seem to be more plenfiful and can make an impact earlier in their career.
