I won't be losing any sleep over the NIT snub and do understand

the logic of taking a team with a 19-13 record over a team with a .500 record. That being said...it was just 2 days ago that UM beat Illinois on a neutral court by a significant margin.

Sounds like the determining variable isn't which team is better.
