had the chance to speak with Welscof or Wagner to get the flavor of UM from their common perspective as young Germans abroad? Something like that might have had some effect when it came to his decision.
Speaking of Julius Welschof, has there been any word on his development? He and Klein may have the bodies made for American football, but not nearly as much experience as their competition. I'd like to hear about Welschof competing for a spot with the ones (but I haven't to this point).
Wagner, on the other hand, seems to be doing just fine competing at the highest level of his chosen American sport. I guess that basketball could be described as a global sport these days.
