Ok, returning starters isn't the only way to measure experience, but it is the easiest. By any measure I would be surprised if this team wasn't inexperienced.

Coaches yelling at players is really effective if guys aren't hustling. That's not really the problem here. Yelling at inexperienced players in the middle of a game just leads to players playing tentatively.
We are trending towards 8-4. It isn't the end of the world. We will be better. If Harbaugh had been able to start a month sooner he might have been able to salvage a good recruiting class when he started which would have mitigated this issue this year. If we could take JC transfers it also would have helped. We will just have to be patient.
