I was reading this morning that MSU had a game yesterday vs Northern Michigan ahead of their matchup with Kansas next week. In the write up the author noted that MSU’s current rotation consists of:
PG: Winston
Wing: Langford
Wing: McQuaid
PF: Goins
C: Ward
Bench: Ahrens
Bench: Tillman
Bench: Henry
That’s a top 10 team? Of the top 8 they’ve only got 2 guys that can actually shoot from beyond 12 feet. If you’ve got McQuaid, Ahrens, and Goins in your top 8, how high is your ceiling? On paper this looks like one of the worst MSU teams from the last 15 years.
