Speight will take the helm in mop-up duty, but if Rudock goes down with an injury, it will be Shane who gets the meaningful reps. For sure, wonder why it isn't Speight?

Definitely weird, but there has been a method behind of all of Harbaugh's madness so far, I assume this is no different. There are plenty of theories out there as to why he'd do it. Some think he sees something in Morris, but Morris has not been groomed properly and Harbaugh needs more time with him. Others wonder if Morris transfers and has 2 years to play at another school. That's pretty much what I figured, just seems a tad weird though ...

Yep. We're not there yet, but I think it's pretty clear to anyone watching that we're on the right path. If Harbaugh makes a strange decision, I have no reason to believe it was made with poor judgment. Next year's QB race will be interesting. A bit of chatter going around that O'Korn seems to be the early favorite. We have a LONG way to go though.Good points. Regardless, the "madness" is working, and the future (not to mention the present) looks very bright!
