I hope our fans remember they are actually attending a basketball game..

Beilein, the coaches and the team deserve it...
In some ways I guess they should be thankful because with the students on break, even with the game almost sold out prior to the Harbuagh madness, it surely would have been a typical winter break ho-hum crowd. Will be humming now. But back to the "they deserve our attention/support" bit.
UM is 51-21 in the Big Ten the last 4 years. With two titles, and a Morgan tip in away from a third title.
Wisconsin 49-23 with no titles in the same 4 years.
OSU 52-20 with two titles in the same 4 years.
MSU 47-25 with one title in the same 4 years.
Point being, this team is going to struggle mightily this year but they have given us a reason to be proud of basketball again, and will continue to do so with this staff and as this team grows up.

The crowd was great. Harbaugh played it perfectly and in the classiest
way by not staying in the main part of the arena during either half. Would have been a carnival/sideshow/ridiculous distraction. I bet he stayed in the basketball offices area and spent two hours calling recruits.
