Obviously, losing to MSU is a nightmare and should never have happened. IU... not so much. I can see that one.
But in retrospect, maybe we were just way to bullish on this season. We lost our best WR, best CB, 11 picks to the draft, starting basically an entirely new OL, have a first time starting QB. Now we lost our best returning OLs... and another that should be replaced anyway... and Aiden.
Doesn't excuse JH or Brown in the slightest, but maybe we just didn't have the team we thought we had. Going 4-4, or worse, will be the nail in the coffin for Brown and maybe JH I think. Harder to swallow the on-field results when there was so much promise (prob misplaced as it turns out).
I'm still going to watch every game. Always will. Now I just have different expectations and being great isn't one of them.
