I don't think he wants to deal with the stresses of coaching anymore. That said, what if Michigan created a new position called Football President. Give him an 8 year deal and his sole responsibility is to build the infrastructure, hire the coaches, and oversee all operations. I know I am going to get shots for this but I think it's the best idea anyone has had on this board. I'm going to go pat myself on the back and flex in the mirror now.
