I disagree with ChicagoBlue... Harabaugh coached a great game..

If you connect on a couple of those deep balls that were overthrown, it is an entirely different ballgame.

Why did he save your last TO to ice the kicker instead of save clock to give your O a last minute chance?
That's what I don't get...not that I'm complaining :)

He did call a timeout after your second down play (and Herbstreit, being typically clueless, couldn't figure out why). I'm sure he'd have called the last one if there had been a third-down stop. But after Iowa got the first down on the QB draw*, it didn't matter. If Harbaugh called his last timeout then, Iowa would have just run one more play, and then kicked.

*Speaking of which, I thought Beathard was short by a yard. Not sure why that wasn't reviewed...

Looking at timeouts at the end of the game....that is the least of Michigan's troubles on Saturday.

I don't see this as a coaching failure at all. The offense plain and simple played terribly. And Michigan turned the ball over multiple times.

Not gonna sit here & say it was or wasn't a poorly coached game. Bottom line is no coach has a game where the play calls are perfect, but it's the old saying or story.....If a play works you look like a genius, if it doesn't it was a bad play call. Case in point....the misdirection pitch to Higdon on 3rd & short in Iowa territory. If you run it into the line & come up short people bitch....other side Higdon gets around the corner & goes for big yardage or scores....everybody says great call! IMO Harbaugh was thinking big yardage, but thought if he gets stopped short he's still going for it on 4th down. He DID NOT expect the line to crap out & lose big yardage.
